Job Title: Painter Supervisor

Wage: $37.50 per hour
Hours per week: 30 hours/week

Job Duties:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of painters and other workers on residential, commercial projects.
Plan work schedules; coordinate with other subcontractors or trades to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requisition or order materials, supplies, and equipment required for the job.
Resolve work problems, monitor quality of workmanship, and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality of the finished product.
Prepare reports on work progress.
Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, perhaps terminations.

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience in related field.
