Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be integral to the smooth functioning and growth of our operations in the aftermarket sales of wheel hub assemblies and wheel bearings.
Responsibilities:
· Plan and coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient operations and high performance in alignment with Bosda’s mission to deliver quality products and reliable service.
· Establish and enforce policies and procedures for database systems to support our growing inventory and customer service needs across North America.
· Review operational reports to ensure compliance with software and hardware requirements, maintaining high standards in product research and customer service.
· Oversee the work of computer analysts, programmers, technicians, and other personnel to ensure the delivery of optimal performance and innovation in our product offerings.
· Authorize the development of specifications for new products or services, particularly as we expand into agriculture machinery hubs and commercial vehicle hubs.
· Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. Provide ongoing support and consultation post-sale to maintain strong customer relationships.
· Manage and resolve incidents efficiently to minimize disruption and maintain our reputation for reliable service.
· Supervise and train staff, fostering a knowledgeable and capable team ready to meet the evolving demands of the automotive aftermarket and beyond.
Requirements:
· Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
· Minimum 3 years experience in business analysis and/or data analysis
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $62.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
