We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and support the growth of our business.
Job Description
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
Hire, train, supervise, and schedule restaurant staff
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food and labour costs
Ensure compliance with Ontario health, safety, and employment regulations
Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and brand standards
Support business growth and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Knowledge of Ontario food safety and workplace regulations
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Eligible to work in Canada

5 days/week
32-40 hours/week
Earnings & Benefits
36.50$/hour
