Caterpillar Fun House is looking for One Full-Time Early childhood educator (ECE) assistant who could join immediately with them. The following are the requirements for the job.

Location: 11601 82 Ave, Delta, BC V4C 2C3

Position: Early childhood educator (ECE) assistant

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Wage: $23.50 per hour

Work hours: 30 hrs per week

Position Available: 1 (One)

Job duties and responsibilities

May bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers as per requirement.
Support early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.
Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators
Prepare snacks for lunch and the rest of the periods and assist in housekeeping and cooking duties
Attend staff meetings to discuss the progress and problems of children
Assist early childhood educators in keeping records
Skill Requirements:

Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
