Overview
We are currently looking to hire one (1) Food Service Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our kitchen.
Job Duties:
Evaluate daily operations.
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
Monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
Plan and organize daily operations.
Set staff work schedules.
Train staff.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
Requirement:
English Language
Secondary School Education
at leats 2 years of experience
Wage:
$37 per hour for 32to 35 hours per week.
