Overview

Coco Fresh Tea & Juice is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

 

Permanent, full-time; 40 hours per week; $28 per hour. Standard 8 hour shifts for this position. Must be flexible and available to work on weekends. Extended Health and Dental benefits are available to full-time workers after 3 months of probation.

 

Duties:

·      Supervise and coordinate daily beverage preparation activities, promote operational efficiency, and ensure standards of quality are met;

·      Manage inventory levels, place orders for equipment repair, supply, and ingredients replenishment;

·      Keep records such as the amount and cost of beverages, sales, and wastage;

·      Recruit and train new employees on customer service, store operations, menu items, health, safety, and hygiene standards;

·      Train new staff in beverage preparation and conduct work performance evaluations;

·      Oversee duties and responsibilities of baristas;

·      Oversee proper cash management and cash register policies;

·      Prepare and implement marketing and promotional events;

·      Establish and manage team schedules and shift assignments;

·      Resolve customer issues and make improvements on beverage flavours;

·      Ensure our company culture is consistent with the company’s values, mission, and vision.

 

Qualifications:

·      Secondary school completion required;

·      Must have completed a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field OR at least 2 years of experience in food preparation or service;

·      Previous experience in supervising is an asset;

·      English language ability required.

Shifts will be scheduled at the following location:

·      664-5000 Canoe Pass Way, Delta, BC
