Job Duties:
Register arriving guests and assign rooms
Resolve complaints and claims
Process group arrivals and departures
Take, cancel and change room reservations
Provide information on hotel facilities and services
Provide general information about points of interest in the area
Process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payments
Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Provide customer service
Working in a motel.

Work experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience required.
Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent, 40 hours/week
Wage: $23/hour
