Job Title: Sales Associate

Work Address: 11550 Ladner Trunk Rd, Delta, BC V4K 3N3

Wage rate: $16.75 per hour, 37.50 hours week.

Education: High School an asset.

Experience: Not Required. We will provide training.

Languages: Good command of written & Spoken English.

Job Duties:
• Providing quotes to the clients via e-mail or fax.
• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service on the phone and doing promotional/direct sales.
• Participating in sales and generating sales revenue.
• Achieving sales targets set by the team leads to passionately and creatively.
• Operating inventory record keeping and re-ordering system, cash registers, managing financial transactions digitally and manually.
• Providing the best customer service and post-sales support.
• Helping teammates by discussing queries related to the service and different techniques of selling.
