Job Title: Irrigation Supervisor- Agriculture

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, if required.

Wage rate: $32.00 per hour, for 40 hours a week

Education: High School asset

Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

Job Duties:

• Manage installation, operation, and maintenance of irrigation systems
• Plan and adjust irrigation schedules based on crop type, growth stage and weather
• Ensure crops receive appropriate water and nutrients to support optimal growth and quality.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain pumps, valves, hoses, timers, and other irrigation equipment.
• Track water usage, system performance, and maintenance activities; prepare reports for management.
• Follow safety regulations, environmental standards, and water conservation practices.
• Quickly identify and resolve irrigation problems to prevent crop stress or damage.
