East Vancouver Taekwondo in Vancouver, BC is currently seeking experienced Taekwondo Coach.

Working (Business) Location: 1831 Renfrew St Vancouver, BC V5M 3J1

Position: Taekwondo Coach

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 hours per week)

Wage: $39 per hour

 

Responsibilities:

– Plan, develop, execute the highest level of Taekwondo training and practice the highest level of Taekwondo components, such as basic movement, poomsae, sparring, self-defense, breaking techniques;

– Create workable strategies for success to prepare each athlete for the next level, during regular practices as well as competitions;

– Motivate and mentor athletes or teams for the highest level of competition,

– Analyze and evaluate athletes’ or team’s performance

– Observe and evaluate prospective athletes’ skills and performance

– Establish and outline realistic goals and objectives for athletes/students;

– Carry out athletes/students’ performance analysis, Taekwondo program management and competition support and planning

 

Requirement:

– Bachelor or diploma education in Taekwondo or physical education or related

– Experience and technical knowledge of Taekwondo is required

– Able to communicate in English
