Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift

Wage: $21.00 per hour, 30 – 38 hours / week

Education: High School Certificate

Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in the Food Service Industry

Job Description/Tasks:  Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare food; Ensure the food and service meet quality control standards; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Prepare and submit reports; Maintain and order supplies; Requisition food and kitchen supplies;  Maintain computerized stock inventory; Clean and maintain workspace; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Perform same duties as workers supervised

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:   Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, standing for extended periods, physically demanding
