SPOT FREE JANITORIAL LTD. o/a EDO JAPAN located at Suite 108, 4802-56 Street, Wetaskiwin, Alberta T9A 1V8 is accepting applications for the position of a COOK.
$17.50 per hour, permanent, full-time, up to 40 hours per week.
Completion of secondary education is required. 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Cook is required. Ability to communicate in English is required.
Job description: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes as ordered. Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies. Inspect kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and sanitation. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Order supplies and equipment. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory and records of food and supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas.
