WE WILL RELY ON YOU TO
Identify strategic issues, set objectives, analyze client needs, and determine the frequency of policy remarketing
Gather underwriting information and manage the update process for renewals
Present renewal terms and additional coverage options to clients
Contact clients during the term to follow up on pending items
Provide support to clients regarding issues that may affect their insurance coverage
Analyze and review quotes, contracts, and various client documents to identify insurance-related issues
Collect premiums and ensure follow-up on accounts receivable
Define and develop prospecting niches while assessing growth potential of existing clients
Make solicitation calls and visit various types of prospects to present the firm’s services
Actively engage in the business community and act as an ambassador to generate opportunities
Achieve the sales objectives set by the commercial insurance department
Maintain excellent customer service to ensure the best possible retention

TO BE HAPPY IN THIS ROLE
2 years of experience in the field
Damage insurance exam from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Excellent command of French is required to serve our francophone clientele

EDUCATION : 

Certificate or diploma from a college, CEGEP, or other non-university educational institution in a program lasting 1 to 2 years

ANNUAL SALARY: Between 69,414.80 and 75,000 $CAD
