Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Operations Manager to support and coordinate the company’s daily operational and administrative activities. The successful candidate will work closely with management and internal departments to help maintain efficient business operations, coordinate operational workflows, support inventory and supply management, and assist with day-to-day administrative and operational functions in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate the company’s daily operational and administrative activities to support efficient business operations.
  • Oversee and coordinate administrative services involving purchasing, inventory control, office administration, and operational support functions.
  • Supervise and monitor routine website updates and improvements to support accurate business information, operational efficiency, and overall business objectives.
  • Monitor operational workflows across food distribution, processing, and central kitchen operations to ensure smooth coordination between departments.
  • Assist in implementing operational policies, procedures, and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and maintain consistent operational standards.
  • Coordinate inventory management and supply processes, including monitoring operational supplies, equipment, and product inventory levels.
  • Participate in budgeting, operational planning, and resource allocation for equipment, supplies, and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Coordinate and support staff scheduling, onboarding, and operational training to ensure efficient workplace operations.
  • Prepare operational reports, summaries, and internal documentation to support management review and business planning.
  • Liaise with management, suppliers, and internal departments to support daily business operations and operational communication.
  • Ensure daily operations are carried out in accordance with company procedures, workplace safety standards, and applicable operational guidelines.

Required Skills or Experience:

Candidates seeking to apply for the Operations Manager – Administrative Services position must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business operations, administrative coordination, and operational workflow management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent oral communication and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • English

Education:

  • College/CEGEP

Experience:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in in operations, administrative coordination, or a related business environment
