Position: Office Manager (NOC 13100)
Number of Position: 1
Working Hours: 30 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)
Work location: <Real Estate Company> Unit 12 – 103 4501 North Rd. Burnaby, BC V3N 4R7
Wage: $36.6 per hour
++Duties:
– Provide support Realtors, partners and clients with various administrative needs such as: calendar management, arrange and coordinate meetings, travel and other arrangements.
– Review, evaluate and monitor day-to-day activities of the office; develops policies, procedures, and system which ensure productive and efficient office operation.
– Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
– Supervise other staff by performing duties such as assigning work, determining work priorities and allocating work accordingly; monitors performance and provides feedback to staff
– Prepare and create new listing activities on the websites.
– Ensure all files, documents and databases are maintained and up to date.
– Manage client files and maintain database of contacts.
– Assist in answering generic inquiries from clients.
– Assist in the recruitment and selection of administrative staff by performing duties such as reviewing applications
– Manage oversea/local partners’ inquiries.
– Take and transcribe notes of confidential subjects.
++Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree is required (or equivalent experience)
– Minimum 5 years of office manager experience in the real estate brokerage.
– High proficiency with Microsoft (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
– Demonstrated strong communication, organizational and administrative skills
– Social Media Skills is a huge asset
– Commercial real estate experience is a strong asset.
