​F​alkbuilt Vancouver is seeking an experienced ​I​nterior Construction Supervisor to join the team.

Position: ​I​nterior Construction Supervisor​
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $​80,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: ​V​ancouver, BC

​Duties:

​- Schedule installation jobs in conjunction with the branch team, clients, and sub-trades/employees to ensure smooth on-site operation of prefabricated interior wall installations
​- Oversee employees and sub-trades on-site to ensure quality control standards are implemented and met on every installation
​- Act as on-site client liaison to ensure customer satisfaction during and after completion of installation work, including providing progress updates and photo documentation
​- Provide training to employees and sub-trades on job duties, installation procedures, safety procedures, and company policies
​- Coordinate delivery schedules with the factory and purchasing; monitor on-site inventory levels and reorder materials as necessary to maintain adequate supply
​- Ensure health and safety regulations and applicable building code requirements are followed on all job sites

​Qualifications:
​- Completion of secondary school is required
​- A minimum of 2 years of experience in lathing (interior systems) or a related interior wall installation trade is required
​- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
​- Trade certification for lathers (interior systems mechanics) is an asset
​- Red Seal endorsement is an asset
​- English language ability is required
