Salary: $17.50 to $19.50 hourly, to be negotiated

Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week

Work schedule: Morning, day and weekend

On-Site Work: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities and Duties

Determine food portion sizes and costs
Plan menus and estimate food requirements
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Prepare and cook meals, dishes and other foods
Prepare meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Inspect kitchens and food-service areas
Train staff in food preparation, cooking and safe food handling
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Manage daily kitchen operations
