Operating a REX Bun Machine
Loading bread and racks into and out of an industrial oven
Operating a proofer
Frying donuts and operating a cake donut hopper
Loading and operating automated bread slicers
How to look after a sough dough & sour dough starter
Operating and programming a Digi label scale
