Operating and programming a Digi automated wrapper/labeler
Operating a meat grinder
Operating a patty machine
Operating a sausage grinder and stuffer
Tying off sausages by hand
Operating a band saw

Responsibilities
Tasks
Operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products
Perform corrective machine adjustments
Clean machines and immediate work areas
Make adjustments to process variables
Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines
Check products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards
Remove filled containers from conveyors
Food safety/handling skills
Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials
Feed and unload processing machines
Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
