Flaming Wok in Vancouver, BC. is looking for experienced Restaurant Manager.

 

Restaurant name: Flaming Wok

Working Location: 701 W Georgia Street suite FC-01 Vancouver, BC V7Y 1A1

Position: Restaurant Manager, Permanent

Working hours and wage: 30 hours per week and $38.46 per hour

 

Main duties:

Plan, organize and control the daily operation

Monitor staff performance and revenues to determine labour cost

Set staff work schedules

Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

Control inventory and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food supplies

Address and resolve customers’ complaints or concerns

 

Requirement:

– 3 years of experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience

– College diploma

– Able to communicate in English
