Job Description:

– Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary

Job Duties:
-Prepare, make, and cook a variety of West Coast–inspired casual dining dishes, ensuring consistent quality and portion standards.
-Follow proper plate presentation and garnish standards for regular service and special orders.
-Prepare and make house sauces, dressings, and marinades used across menu items.
-Maintain inventory and records of key food items (meat, seafood, and fresh produce) and support daily prep planning.
-Prepare and cook food according to customers’ allergies and dietary restrictions, following food safety procedures.
-Train and supervise kitchen helpers to maintain efficient workflow and consistent kitchen operations.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is preferred but not required.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in this field or three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or Completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety
