Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Direct the general action inside the kitchen;
• Prompt the Restaurant Manager on issues related to the feast and food preparation;
• Direct the cook associate
• Ensure the protected food is taken care of in the café
• Plan menus for the Restaurant Manager
• Decide the food segment as indicated by the menu and ensure the kitchen has all the arrangements required
• Plan for the extraordinary event strategy concerning menu and arrangement in an ideal manner, and plan the helpers as required.
• Going for orders from walk-around customers, phenomenally for the solicitations through phone and provoking customers on trimmings and taste at whatever point required, urging the customers to try strength food and revamp food items;
• Anticipating ordinary blowouts, exceptional dinners, and forgiving food organizations;
• Recruit kitchen staff and right-hand cook;
• Keep up the arrangements and stock for the kitchen;
• Guarantee the tidiness of the kitchen
