$45 hourly; 30 hours per week
Employment requirements:
• Completion of secondary school.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a supervisor for a construction tradeskilled staff.
• Minimum of two years of experience in residential construction work and industrial construction work
• Experience coordinating large-scale construction projects and leading multiskilled teams is considered an asset.
• Valid G-class driver’s license (or equivalent) required to travel between job sites

• Must be able to stand and/or be on their feet 10-12 hours/day working in outdoor weather and/or unregulated temperatures
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and use proper lifting techniques for heavy items weighing more than 25 kilograms
• Must be comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding.

Detailed Skills and Duties
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction teams working on EIFS stucco systems, drywall installation, plastering, insulation,
painting, and the installation of prefabricated products on both residential and commercial properties.
• Plan and organize daily job site activities to ensure alignment with blueprints, timelines, and client specifications.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
• Review project drawings and site conditions, proactively resolving design or material issues in the field
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Supervise the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, ensuring it is done in accordance with safety regulations.
• Requisition and monitor materials and ensure that waste and delays are minimized.
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
