Gyokin Nan-Nin Izakaya Restaurant located in Richmond, BC, is currently seeking qualified Restaurant Manager.

Job location: 8391 Alexandra Rd suite 1160, Richmond, BC, V6X 1C3

Position: Restaurant Manager, Full time, Permanent

Working hours: 30 hours per week

Wage:  $38.46 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

 

Main Duties:

– Plan and organize daily operations of restaurant

– Monitor revenues to determine labour cost and monitor staff performance

– Set staff work schedules

– Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

– Control and maintain inventory

– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers

– Resolve customers’ complaints

 

Requirement:

-3 years of experience in food service sector including supervisory experience

-Completion of Secondary School.

-English ability (able to communicate) is required
