Job Overview
H-Authentica Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The successful candidate will assist customers, process sales, manage merchandise, and support inventory operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
This position must be performed at our physical location. Remote work is not available.
Qualifications

English
Education:
Secondary school graduation certificate
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of related retail or sales experience
Responsibilities
Greet customers and identify their product needs and preferences
Provide product information and advice about merchandise
Process in-store and online sales transactions
Prepare estimates or quotes for prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates
Operate computerized inventory tracking and re-ordering systems
Maintain accurate sales and inventory records
Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
Assist with Internet-based electronic commerce transactions
Keep product displays and sales areas organized
Product Experience
Experience or knowledge in any of the following areas is considered an asset:
Fashion accessories
Jewellery

Men’s clothing
Children’s clothing

Art or fashion design
