HANNAM Supermarket Burnaby is looking for an experienced Cook.

Location of work: 106-4501 North Road, Burnaby, BC, V3N 4R7, Canada
Position: Cook (Permanent)
Hourly Wage: $20.00 per hour (Overtime pay to paid at 1.5 times the
regular wage after 8hrs/day and after 40hrs/week.)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (Full time)
Benefit(s): 10 days paid vacation and group benefit after 6 months of full time work.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals and/or individual dishes according to recipes,
product quality, portion, and presentation standards,
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of workstation, kitchen, and
storerooms,
• Maintain inventory of food, supplies, equipment, and check freshness of
food and ingredients,
• Monitor and ensure sanitation practices and kitchen safety standards are
followed.
Qualification:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
or Completion of a 3-year apprenticeship program for cooks.
or Completion of college or other program in cooking.
• Ability to communicate in English is required.
