Wage rate: $67,000 annually / 35 hours per week

Education: High School an asset
Credentials (certificates, license, memberships, courses, etc.): Driver”s License (Class 1 or A) and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
Experience: No experience required. Training will be provided.
Languages: Basic Knowledge of English is required
Type of Travel: Short-haul and local transport
Job Duties:
• Operate and drive primarily straight trucks to dump ground from sites.
• Drive truck equipped with dump to transport and dump loose materials, such as sand, gravel, crushed rock, or paving materials.
• Pull levers or turns crank to tilt body and dump contents.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle such as condition of equipment, and loading and unloading of dump truck.
• Monitor vehicle performance, mechanical fitness and break adjustments.
• Maintain Log book for each trip.
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract), Medical exam, Drug test.

Other: Basic English is required. Candidate should be legally entitled to work in Canada.
