*Job Duties
· Receive and process payments by cash, debit card, credit card, or other authorized payment methods.
· Operate cash register, POS system, optical price scanner, or other equipment to record
sales transactions.
· Scan items and verify pricing accurately.
· Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers as required.
· Provide information and courteous service to customers.
· Maintain a clean and organized check out area.
· Balance cash and reconcile daily sales at the end of each shift.
· Weigh produce and bulk items when required.
*Job Requirements
· Education: No formal education is required. Completion of secondary school is an asset.

· Experience: Previous cashier or customer service experience is an asset.
