We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and support the continued growth and profitability of our business. This is an on-site role and requires a proactive, organized leader with a passion for hospitality and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and develop budgets to control costs and maximize profits
Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations
Monitor revenue and adjust menu prices and preparation methods accordingly
Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff (5–10 people)
Conduct staff performance reviews
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and liquor laws
Maintain and manage inventory levels
Negotiate with suppliers and clients (catering/events)
Lead marketing initiatives and event planning
Handle customer concerns and deliver exceptional service
Review restaurant financial performance and set goals
Job requirements:
Must be able to work during Day, Evening, Morning, Night, On Call, Weekend
Must be fluent in English
2-3 years of experience in a restaurant setting with managerial experience is a MUST
College diploma or above is preferred

Wage: $36.60/hour | 35–40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Day, Evening, Morning, Night, On Call, Weekend (this is a MUST)
