Our family is looking for a home child care provider.
Job Description:
Position: Home child care provider
Employer: Woo’s family
Home Address: Calgary, AB T2N 2L5
Work Location: Same as above
Number of Vacant: 1
Wage: $21.00 per hour
Hours of Work: 30-44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time
Language: English
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4 % of gross salary for vacation remuneration.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
-Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children in the home.
-Nurturing children at employer’s residence (children born in: 2012 and 2016).
-Plan and Prepare meals for children and serve the meal. Additionally, supervise mealtimes.
-Provide age-appropriate daily activities for each child.
-Support to develop children’s emotional and social development.
-Follow the daily routine as instructed (including rest time) by parents.
-Accompany children to and from the School, on outings, and to medical appointments, if needed.
Job Requirements:
-Education: No formal education is required.
-Experience: Childcare experience is not essential, but an asset.
-Criminal record check is required.
