Overview
I&A Painting Ltd is looking for full-time 2 Supervisor, Construction Painters to join our team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
- Schedule work assignments and coordinate activities with subcontractors.
- Resolve work-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Recommend and implement measures to enhance productivity and maintain high product quality.
- Requisition necessary materials and supplies for construction projects.
- Train workers in job duties, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Recommend and facilitate personnel actions, including hirings and promotions.
- Prepare comprehensive work progress reports for management and stakeholders.
- Manage the operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established standards.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of apprentices, helpers, and laborers.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is typically required.
- Several years of relevant experience in the trade or supervised work area is usually necessary.
- Journeyman/woman trade certification may be required for certain positions within this unit group.
Salary: $32.50/hour
