Health Studio Manager

We are looking for a Health Studio Manager to join our team in Port Moody, BC, Canada.

Position and condition: Health Studio Manager, Full time, Permanent

Wage Rate and working hours: $40.00 per hour / 30~40 hours per week

Benefit: Dental and Extended Health

Work Location: 2739 Murray Street Port Moody, BC V3H 1X1

Start date: as soon as possible

 

Main Duties:

Recruit coaches, perform interviews, oversee coach onboarding, technical training development meetings and off the floor, work with the management team on team growth and IF (Innovative Fitness) system adherence.

Provide training services for IF members technical and professional advice on recreation, sports and fitness matters

Provide assessments and programing for IF members

Manage the training team.

Plan and organize recreation, sports and fitness programs or services.

Requirement:

– Bachelor’s degree in physical education or sport science or a related field

– First aid, CPR.

– 2 years of work experience in personal training/coaching, recreation, sports administration or related with supervisory experience

– Able to communicate in English
