Wage: $20.00 per hour, 40 hours / week

Positions Available:   2 vacancies

Job Description: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and prepare icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders; requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies; bake mixed doughs and batters; train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food; ensure that product quality meets established standards; inspect kitchen and food service areas; operate machinery; organize and maintain inventory; and oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods.

Languages:  English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Setting: Bakery Cafe/Coffee shop

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:   Repetitive tasks, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Handling heavy loads up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
