Job Title:    Cafe Supervisor

Employer:   JK Bakery Ltd. o/a JK Bakery Cafe

Business/work location:   1514 Railway Ave, Canmore, AB T1W 1P6

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, Day, Shift, Weekend

Wage: $19.00 per hour, 30 to 40 hours / week

Benefits: Medical and dental benefits at a shared cost with employer; May provide periodic wage increases per industry standards and employee performance; Relocation costs (airfare) covered by employer

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Languages:  English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Description: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage; Prepare and submit reports; May establish work schedules; Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Clean and maintain workspace; Supervise and check trays; Perform same duties as workers supervised
