Position: Home Child Care Provider

Employer: John D and Jenna K

Business Address: Burnaby, BC, V5B 2M8

Employment term: Full-time, Permanent

Hours of work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary

Positions Available: 1

Language: English

 

Job Duties:

– Provide companionship for a client’s child.

– Help the client’s child with daily personal care like bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing.

– Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the children.

– Plan and prepare meals and special diets, and feed or assist the client’s child.

– Perform routine housekeeping and cleaning duties.

– Report changes in clients’ child behavior and condition.

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required.

Experience: Home Child Care Provider experience and first aid certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
