JPT GAMBLE ENTERPRISES LTD. O/A CANADIAN TIRE in Penticton, BC, is now hiring a Permanent Full-Time Retail Sales Supervisor.

Duties Includes:
l  Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
l  Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
l  Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
l  Resolve issues that may arise, including customers’ requests, complaints and supply shortages
l  Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
l  Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
l  May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Wages and Benefits: Wages $ 23.10 per hourly, for 35-40 hours per week.

Work Experience: Previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, telemarketer and door-to-door salesperson is usually required. Have a strong command in English language both in oral and written communication may be required.

Education: Completion of secondary school education is usually required.
