Tasks and Responsibilities

Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
Manage kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure a cohesive team environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Implement cost control measures to optimize food production while minimizing waste.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and professional growth.

Additional Skills

Strong understanding of South Asian cuisine is an asset
