Kawakubo Sushi is looking for qualified cook and the detail is as follows.

 

Restaurant Name: Kawakubo Sushi Sake Organic

 

Position: Cook, Full time, Permanent

 

Work Location: 3315 30th Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 2C9

 

Responsibilities

– Prepare and cook Japanese food dishes on the menu

– Maintain all health codes and food safety regulations

– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

– Oversee kitchen operations

– Clean work area

 

Requirement:

– Completion of High School

– Min 1 year of commercial cook experience

– Able to work in evening and Weekends

– Able to communicate in English

 

Compensation and working hours:

– $20 hourly and 30~40 hours weekly
