Overview

Ken & Lee Enterprises Ltd. (dba Bubble Waffle Café) is seeking a Kitchen Helper to join the team in Richmond.

 

Permanent; Full-time, (30-40 hours per week); $18.00 per hour. Ten paid vacation days per year.

Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 10am

and 9pm as required.

 

Duties:

·      Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items;

·      Portion and wrap foods;

·      Package take-out food;

·      Keep records of the quantities of food used;

·      Remove garbage and clean kitchen garbage containers;

·      Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas;

·      Clean and sanitize items such as kitchen tools and equipment;

·      Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist kitchen staff.

 

Qualifications:

·      Secondary school completion preferred;

·      Prior kitchen or food service experience is an asset;

·      English language ability is required.
