Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent (Part-time Available)

Start Date: ASAP

Wage: $20 per hour

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% gross salary

Hours of work: 40 hours per week.

Duties:

 

·         Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes.

·         Prepare ingredients, sauces, and seasonings according to restaurant recipes and standards.

·         Maintain inventory and records of food and supplies.

·         Assist in supervising and training kitchen helpers as required.

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cook OR completion of a college or other program in cooking or food safety is required.
