Job Requirement:
- Minimum education needed: Diploma in food & beverage management is required
- Minimum work experience needed: 3-5 years
Job Duties:
- Manage daily operation of the shop
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules
Employment Type: Full time & permanent

Hourly wage: $36.50
Hours of work per week:30-40 hours
Vacation Pay: 4%
