Overview

Job Duties
– Prepare and cook food items.
– Ensure that all dishes and recipes are made to standard.
– Help oversee kitchen operations and food service areas.
– Assist in the supervision and training of kitchen staff.
– Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
– Monitor stock levels and maintain detailed records of food, supplies, and equipment.
– May assist in menu planning.

Employment Requirements
– At least 3 years of experience working as a cook in a restaurant.
– Experience preparing Thai cuisine considered an asset.
– Ability to work efficiently, multi-task, and perform well under pressure.
– Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
– Scheduling flexibility, including the ability to work day, evening, holiday, weekend, and split shifts.

Job Details
– At least $21.20 per hour.
– One staff meal per shift.
– Ability to receive bonus at end of year.
– Full-time (at least 30 hours per week).
– Physically demanding.
– Standing for extended periods of time.
