Manj Drywall Services Ltd  in Surrey  is looking for Permanent, Full-time positions for Carpenter  to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.

Location: 13953 60 Ave,Surrey, British Columbia,V3X 0K7

Positions Available: 1 (One)

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.

Compensation: $ 38.40 per hour

Work hours: 30 hours/week

Terms: Permanent Full-Time

Language of Work: English

Job duties and Responsibilities:

Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
Prepare tenders and quotations.
Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
Schedule and coordinate work on job sites.
Instruct apprentices.
Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.

Skills and Education:

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
