W.S. Minato Specialty Restaurant Inc. (Minato Japanese Restaurant) 108-4801 Joyce Ave, Powell River, BC, V8A 3B7 Is looking to employed specialty Ethnic Cook for their Japanese restaurant.
Wages $21.18 per hour, 40 hour per week. Be a team player, reliable and dependable.
Duties not limit to;
· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual Japanese dishes and foods. Sushi Preparation techniques.
· Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
· Oversee kitchen operations
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
· set up and oversee buffets
· clean kitchen and work area
· Be part of the team to plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor supplies.
May specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes.
