M&N Drywall Ltd located in Surrey is looking for  2 Drywall  Finishers to join its team to work all over the Lower Mainland.

Job Duties:Apply multiple coats of joint compound, sanding seams and joints to achieve a smooth finish
Prepare and cure freshly plastered surfaces in accordance with industry standards
Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets accurately to specified dimensions
Cut and install metal corner beads to reinforce and protect external corners
Mix plaster materials to the required consistency for various applications
Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids, placing panels to create acoustical and coffered ceilings
Smooth excess compound and ensure each coat is properly dried before proceeding
Finish corners and angles, and apply decorative designs to final coats when specified
Provide guidance and training to apprentices in drywall installation and finishing techniques

Job requirement:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Over three years of work experience
OR
Completion of a three or four-year apprenticeship program in plastering/dry walling

Language: English

Job Location: All over lower mainland according to contracts.
Salary: $34.62/hr for 30hours /week
