Job Title: Cook

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Overtime and weekend if required)

Wage rate: $18.00 per hour, 37.50 hours per week.

Education: High School an asset.

Experience: 1-2 years of cooking experience.

Language: Basic Knowledge of English

Job Duties:
• Bake a wide variety of pizza dough, including thin crust, thick crust and cheese stuffed.
• Prepare delicious meals for our customers. Portion, arrange and garnish foods.
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
• Oversee kitchen operations.
• Cut, slice and grill meats like chicken, ham and beef.
• Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.
• Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed.
• May hire and train kitchen staff.

Essential Skills: Teamwork skills, good communication skills, good sense of taste and smell and Multitasking, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, physically demanding.
