Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Wage: $15.70 per hour

Job Duties

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for performing the following duties:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
Provide accurate information on merchandise.
Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
Process purchases using a cash register or POS system.
Accept payments (cash, debit, credit) and issue accurate change/receipts.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are organized and stocked.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving/unpacking stock.
Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
Promote in-store specials, loyalty programs, and promotional events.
Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.
Assist with merchandising, display setup, and signage.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
Skill Requirements

Education:

Secondary school education required.

Work Experience:

No previous experience required — full training will be provided.
