Café Manager – High-Volume Specialty Coffee Shop (Calgary, AB)
We are looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead operations at our high-volume specialty coffee shop in Calgary, AB. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of specialty coffee, team leadership, and business management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a specialty coffee environment, including 2 years in a European café of a similar standard.
Expertise in customer service, quality control, and social media strategy.
Strong leadership skills with experience in staff scheduling and team management.
In-depth knowledge of Alberta Labour Code, food safety regulations, and menu costing.
Proven ability in budgeting, cost control, and marketing strategy to attract and retain customers.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Availability to work both weekdays and weekends as needed.
