++Nori Japanese Restaurant is looking for a full-time cook.

 

– Job title: Cook

– Available vacancy: 1

– Wage: $21.5 per hour + vacation fee (4% of gross salary)

– Work Condition: 40 hours per week, Full-time, Permanent

– Location: #203-6750 Island Hwy. Nanaimo BC V9V 1S3

 

 

++Requirements:

– Completion of Secondary school

– Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook may be required, and Japanese cooking experience is an asset

– Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment

– English is required

 

++Main duties:

– Prepare and cook a wide range of Japanese dishes

– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment if necessary

– Clean and sanitize kitchen and work area

– Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

– Assist other cooks and perform related work as required
