Position: Cook
Position Available: 1
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Work Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)
Vacation: 4% of gross salary
Work Location: 754 Pandora Ave, Victoria, BC V8W 3K1
Benefit: Extended health care and dental care benefit after six months
Main Duties:
l Prepare and cook complete meals and dishes
l Plan menu, determine the size of food portions and estimate food costs and requirements
l Maintain and ensure sanitation standards throughout the kitchen to comply with Provincial regulations
l Ensures food quality in presentation and production
l Clean kitchen and work area
l Assist other cooks and perform related work as required
Requirements:
l Completion of Secondary School
l Minimum 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience
l English is required
